NeuroBrine is an SMM panel that lets you purchase social media services (for example followers, views, or likes) using prepaid wallet balance. Orders are processed manually or through suppliers we choose. Delivery times vary by service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, commit fraud, or violate these terms.

3. Payments and balance

Deposits are made with supported cryptocurrencies and credited after we verify the transaction.
Wallet balance is denominated in USD for accounting purposes.
Unless required by law, deposits and unused balance are generally non-refundable.
Sending crypto to the wrong network or address may result in permanent loss; we are not responsible for user error.

4. Orders

When you place an order, the quoted price is deducted from your balance.
You must only order for links/accounts you are authorized to promote.
We do not guarantee specific results, retention, or platform policy compliance of third-party networks.
If a service cannot be delivered, we may cancel or partially refund the unused portion to your wallet at our discretion.

5. Referrals

If you refer users with your referral code, you may earn a commission on their successful deposits according to the rate shown in the panel. Commissions are credited to your wallet automatically when a referred user adds balance (after we confirm their payment). We may change or pause the referral program at any time.

6. Prohibited use

Fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment misrepresentation
Attacking, scraping, or disrupting the Panel
Using the service for illegal activity or to harass others
Reselling access in a way that violates applicable law

7. Disclaimer

The Panel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Social platforms may change rules or remove activity at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or account losses on third-party platforms.
